For the more than 500 persons working in Private Banking at Italy’s Monte dei Paschi di Siena bank, a new conference paradigm was born. The bank’s annual Wealth Management event was broadcast live from July 8-10 2020, in a format called MPS Private: Unplugged.

Three extraordinary days, highly personal and interactive, saw the bank CEO present along with top managers and holding innumerable conversations with branch officers. Guest of honor was Professor Luciano Floridi from Oxford University, one of the principle voices on how the internet affects our lives. The entire event was conducted by television reporters Andrea Cabrini and Jole Saggese from Class CNBC.
